My Story

My journey with an autoimmune disease lit a fire in me to help others take control of their health using nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as tools for strength and longevity. I believe food isn’t just fuel; it’s medicine.

For nearly a decade, I served as the Executive Director of Child Nutrition for a charter school, making sure more than 21,000 kids in underserved communities had access to fresh, healthy meals everyday because real change starts with what we put on our plates.
