My Wellness Journey

Like many people, I was told everything looked fine even when I knew something was wrong. That experience pushed me to search for answers beyond quick fixes.

Being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition brought more questions than solutions. Through nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, I found practical ways to support my health and improve my daily life.

For nearly a decade, I served as Executive Director of Child Nutrition, helping provide fresh, healthy meals to more than 21,000 students each day because healthy communities begin with healthy choices.

As an Integrative Nutritionist, I believe every person is different. I work closely with clients to create realistic goals, build healthy habits, manage stress, and make lasting changes that fit real life.

As an RTY200 Certified Yoga Instructor, I help clients use movement and mindfulness to improve focus, lower stress, and support overall well-being. These simple practices can help people stay energized, balanced, and ready for life’s demands.
